Support medical affairs, clinical governance, quality, accreditation, compliance, physician governance and quality improvement initiatives across renal care centers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Management
Track quality KPIs and center performance.
Maintain quality dashboards, reports and records.
Monitor CAPA closure and audit findings.
Accreditation & Compliance
Maintain NABH documentation and evidence.
Support accreditation audits and readiness activities.
Track compliance observations and corrective actions.
Medical Affairs
Maintain physician credentialing and privileging records.
Support physician onboarding and renewals.
Coordinate medical governance activities and meetings.
Patient Safety
Track incidents, near misses and adverse events.
Maintain patient safety records and action trackers.
Support quality improvement initiatives.
Training & Documentation
Coordinate quality and compliance training.
Maintain competency and attendance records.
Prepare meeting minutes and governance documentation.
PROFILE / WHAT YOU BRING
Education: BDS / BHMS / BAMS / BUMS / MBA or equivalent healthcare-related qualification.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality, medical affairs, NABH/accreditation, hospital operations or clinical governance.
Solid documentation, coordination and communication skills.
Positive understanding of healthcare quality and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel to renal care centers as required.
