Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Steward to support the smooth functioning of our restaurant/hospitality operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, supporting the service team, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and skilled manner.
Set up and clear dining tables efficiently.
Serve food and beverages as directed by the service team.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
Ensure tables are properly arranged with cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other required items.
Assist waiters and restaurant staff during busy service periods.
Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
Refill water and other items as required.
Handle guest requests and communicate them promptly to the concerned team.
Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety standards.
Ensure service stations are adequately stocked and organized.
Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer service.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or F&B; Manager.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Steward, Waiter, F&B; Associate, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Valuable grooming and personal hygiene.
Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.
