Key Responsibilities
Provide strong technical leadership and solve complex engineering problems efficiently.
Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and design to development, deployment, and optimization.
Build highly scalable, reliable, low-latency backend services and REST APIs.
Partner with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into rapid, impactful solutions.
Identify and resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks.
Establish engineering best practices, documentation, and development standards.
Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve engineering efficiency.
Mentor engineers and foster a team-oriented, high-performance culture.
Align engineering initiatives with short- and long-term business goals.

Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience with robust Golang expertise.




Strong experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB.
Proven experience building scalable, high-performance, highly available, low-latency distributed systems and REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of DSA, system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
Experience with service-oriented/distributed architecture.
Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and/or Kafka.
Fintech experience across investments, trading, wealth management, or market analytics is a plus.
Exposure to GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker is preferred.
Robust ownership, problem-solving skills, and experience working in startup/high-growth environments.
