Job Title: Business Development Manager

Working Hours: 10:00 to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

·Generate current business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.

· Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into site visits and property bookings.

·Meet and build relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.

·Conduct project presentations, property/site visits, and follow-ups with prospective customers.

·Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.

·Develop and maintain robust client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

· Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and customer requirements.

· Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales/leads in CRM or MIS reports.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business prospects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
