We are looking for a Senior Java Production Support Engineerwith strong experience in Java 11, Spring Boot and the Payments Domain. Thecandidate should have hands-on experience supporting critical productionsupport.
Provide production support for Java-based applications.
Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.
Analyze application logs and identify root causes.
Resolve incidents and production defects within defined SLAs.
Work with development, QA, infrastructure and business teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support application deployments, releases and production changes.
Participate in incident, problem and change management activities.




Ensure high availability and stability of payment applications.
Prepare and maintain technical and support documentation.
Mandatory Skills - Java 11, Spring Boot, Production Support, Payments Domain experience.

Candidate Profile
8+ years of relevant IT experience.
Robust hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Must have Payments Domain experience.
Robust production support and troubleshooting experience.
Experience supporting critical/high-volume applications is preferred.
Positive communication and incident-management skills.
