About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, candidate-oriented, and detail-oriented Employee Relations Associate to support the ER team with candidate communication, engagement, timesheet follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Send welcome emails and initiate welcome calls with candidates.
Communicate assignment-related information, including contract details, payroll, timesheets, ER support, and Points of Contact (POCs).
Conduct weekly check-ins with candidates and maintain regular communication through calls, texts, and emails.
Collect weekly timesheets and send timely email/text reminders for pending submissions.
Maintain candidate updates and communication records in Excel.
Keep track of candidate concerns, follow-ups, and pending items.
Identify and escalate red flags or concerns to the internal ER team.
Support the ER team with day-to-day candidate communication and other assigned activities.
Required Skills
0–1 year of experience in same industry or international BPO experience ; freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Skilled and confident communication style.
Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates regularly.
Ability to manage multiple follow-ups while maintaining attention to detail.
Go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Willingness and ability to work a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours, with a basic understanding of U.S. time zones.
