Labor Coordination: Oversee attendance,
time-keeping, and strategic labor allocation across rotating shifts to ensure full coverage.
Quality & Safety
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous product inspections and monitor output to ensure 100% compliance with company and customer specifications.
