Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Assist in preparing customized travel itineraries.
Provide information about flights, hotels, visas, travel insurance, and holiday packages.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners for bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
