Product Manager- MCB Product Range- B2B Sales Industry

Minimum 4 Yrs of Experience in Product Management with B2B Sales in Electrical & Electronics Industry.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our team, focusing on Electrical Industrial Components. This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth, developing robust customer relationships, and bridging technical and commercial needs to position our products competitively in both domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
Drive business expansion through existing accounts and onboarding current customers.
Lead pre-sales engagements such as technical/product presentations to support RFQ or LOI generation.
Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, development costs, and contracts.
Perform market and competitor analysis to inform pricing and product strategy.
Customer Engagement & Strategic Development
Develop customer-focused strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Analyze customer potential, market trends,



and competitor positioning.
Establish and nurture robust customer relationships; manage escalations effectively.
Track industry innovations and integrate them into the product strategy.
Technical Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering and R&D; teams to ensure customer needs are translated into viable solutions.
Lead technical events such as seminars and innovation showcases to promote product capabilities.
Support the documentation process and keep stakeholders updated on project development.
Sales & Market Development
Accelerate sales growth for electrical product lines across local and international markets.
Ensure standardized business terms (payments, deliveries, contracts) are aligned with best practices.
Organize and participate in top-level QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development) meetings with clients and leadership.
