Job Description
Tanisha Systems is looking for US IT Recruiters / Technical Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Gurugram.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the IT recruitment process, and the ability to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable technical profiles.
Utilize job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to find candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical qualifications.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
Required Skills
6 months to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
Knowledge of US Staffing and IT recruitment processes.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Willingness to work in the US shift.
