Role & responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and trouble shoot desktops, laptops, workstations, and servers.
Diagnose and repair hardware failures involving CPUs, RAM, motherboards, hard drives/SSD, power supplies, CCTV and peripherals.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, UPS systems, monitors, and other peripheral devices.
Perform preventive maintenance and periodic health checks of IT hardware.
Troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity related hardware issues.
Maintain accurate Hardware inventory of assets, warranties, repairs, replacements etc.
Support data backup, hardware replacement, and system upgrade as required.
Provide Technical support and guidance to users on hardware related issues.
Maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedure and recurring hardware problems.
