Position: Fitter

Job Responsibilities
Perform fitting and assembly work in the forging and fabrication shop.
Handle fitting, alignment, cutting, grinding, drilling, and fabrication activities.
Work on forging components, heavy structures, machinery parts, and fabricated assemblies.
Assist in welding and fabrication work as required.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and dimensions.
Carry out machine and component assembly, alignment, and repair work.
Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, drilling machines, and measuring instruments.
Ensure proper fitting, alignment, dimensions, and finishing of components.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.





Candidate Requirements
ITI Fitter preferred.
3–8 years of hands-on experience in Forging & Fabrication industries.
Solid practical knowledge of fitting, fabrication, and welding-related work.
Experience with heavy engineering components and machinery will be preferred.
Ability to understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Positive knowledge of workshop safety practices.
