Job Title: Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager

Reports To: Managing Director & VP Operations

Summary:
The AGM/DGM HR will lead and oversee the HR function across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and growth. The role will focus on Talent Management and Organizational development while providing strategic oversight of all HR verticals, including Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Advantages, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Organizational Development:
Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
Design and implement performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Drive career path, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives to foster a culture of growth.




Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational objectives and future workforce needs.
Identify and implement perfect performance management system (360 degree/Bell Curve or Balance score card )
Succession planning and second in line development will also be one of the areas of focus.
HR Strategy & Operations:
Provide strategic leadership across all HR functions, including Employee Relations, Compensation & Perks, HR Operations, Policies, and Compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws and industry best practices.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on HR, talent, and organizational development matters.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational capability.
