Role Purpose
The People & Culture Manager will be responsible for attracting great talent, creating an exceptional employee experience, building a high-performance culture, and ensuring that people processes scale with the company's growth.
This is not a traditional HR role.
We're looking for someone who can become the custodian of Yug Brands' culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end hiring across departments.
Create compelling job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates.
Coordinate interviews.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Build a long-term talent pipeline.
Employee Onboarding
Design a memorable onboarding journey.
Ensure every recent employee understands the company's vision, values and expectations.
Coordinate induction schedules.
Drive early engagement.
Performance & Growth
Implement goal-setting and performance review systems.
Coordinate probation reviews.
Work with managers on employee development.
Identify high-potential employees.
Culture Building
Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Plan celebrations, recognition programs and team activities.
Protect and strengthen the company's culture as the team grows.
Act as the culture ambassador.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records.
Coordinate payroll inputs.
Manage leave and attendance.
Ensure policy implementation.
Handle documentation and compliance.
Employee Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
