We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Goa real estate sales team. The role involves handling prospective clients, understanding their requirements, conducting property presentations/site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with prospective clients through various channels.
Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate offerings.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate effectively and drive closures in line with business targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,
site visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated on the Goa real estate market, projects, pricing, and competition.
Eligibility & Experience
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales/direct sales preferred.
Candidates with experience in residential, luxury real estate, villas, plots, or holiday homes will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Candidates with local Goa market knowledge will have an added advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
