Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Work on custom development (Apex, LWC, Aura, integrations)
Support production issues, enhancements, and AMC activities
Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability
Support release deployments and critical go-live activities (including weekends if required)
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders onsite
Required Skills:
3–4 years of experience in Salesforce development
Solid expertise in:
Apex, Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
APIs & integrations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (preferred)
Understanding of data models, security, and sharing rules
Exposure to deployment tools (CI/CD, Change Sets, DevOps)
Preferred Skills:
Experience on support projects
Exposure to OmniStudio (added advantage)
Prior experience in Wealth Management / Financial Services domain
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
Client has an expectation to migrate to OmniStudio in future. So hands-on experience is required rather than just exposure. At least 1 resource should have this skill in addition to everything else you have mentioned. This particular resource should have 5+ years of experience.
