About the Role

The Ovian Studios is looking for a Client Relations & Social Media Manager who can represent our studio professionally, manage client communication, oversee our social media presence, and support the day-to-day coordination of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in communication, responsible, and has a good understanding of social media and the wedding industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations
Handle enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms.
Respond to potential clients professionally and promptly.
Understand client requirements and explain our photography and cinematography services.
Schedule client calls, meetings, and consultations.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain client information, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients before, during, and after projects.




Build solid and qualified relationships with clients.

Social Media Management
Manage The Ovian Studios' Instagram and other social media platforms.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Coordinate with the creative team for reels, posts, stories, and other content.
Write captions and create engaging social media content.
Schedule and publish content regularly.
Monitor comments, DMs, enquiries, and audience engagement.
Track social media performance and provide regular updates.
Stay updated with relevant Instagram trends and content formats.
Maintain the brand's premium and consistent visual identity online.

Studio Operations
Coordinate daily studio activities and schedules.
Coordinate between clients, photographers, cinematographers, editors, and freelancers.
Maintain project timelines and follow up on pending work.
Assist in organising shoots and client mee
