Responsibilities
Design and develop bus exterior components including fascia, bumpers, side panels, wheel arches, doors, roof panels and exterior trims.
Develop 3D models, assemblies and detailed engineering drawings.
Perform exterior packaging, gap & flush, clearance and fitment studies.
Develop mounting concepts and interfaces with body structures and other vehicle systems.
Perform design feasibility and manufacturability assessments.
Support prototype builds, validation and design improvements.
Coordinate with body structure, interior, electrical and integration teams.
