We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DMS Executive to support sales and delivery coordination activities. Freshers with strong system knowledge and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for smooth order processing
Update and maintain data in the DMS (Dealer Management System / Distribution Management System)
Track customer orders, dispatch status, and delivery schedules
Prepare daily sales and delivery reports
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding delivery updates
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock movement when required
Handle billing, invoicing, and system updates
Support management with MIS reports and operational tasks
Eligibility Criteria
Any degree / diploma qualification
Freshers can apply
Strong system knowledge and computer skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Robust communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Basic understanding of sales and logistics processes is an added advantage
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
