Key Responsibilities
Controllership & Treasury
Oversee all aspects of financial accounting.
Manage working capital.
Lead short-term and long-term fundraising activities.
Manage investor relations.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Manage credit risk.
Handle foreign exchange management.
Oversee dividend and investment activities.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
Consolidate financial inputs for strategic plans and operating plans.
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis, MIS, and management reporting.
Analyze product profitability, overheads, customer profitability, and cost-to-serve.
Provide strategic pricing support.
Develop financial models covering:
What-if analysis
Scenario analysis
Leverage analysis
Taxation & Compliance
Oversee taxation and GST functions.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
Lead internal audit, compliance, and risk assessment activities.




Develop and strengthen enterprise risk management frameworks.
ERP & Finance Process Transformation
Lead ERP and finance process implementation.
Develop and establish finance systems, processes, procedures, and technology.
Build solid finance management capabilities and processes.
Drive continuous improvement across controllership, treasury, FP&A;, taxation, audit, and compliance functions.
Finance Leadership & Team Management
Provide direct oversight and leadership to the finance management team.
Build a high-performance and performance-driven finance culture.
Establish team and individual KPIs/KRAs aligned with organizational objectives.
Assess and enhance finance capabilities and overall team performance.
Develop talent and promote continuous learning within the finance organization.
Collaborate effectively with functional heads across the organization.
