Business Development Associate – Telecalling & Sales
Location: Mumbai

Urban Company is looking for energetic, target-oriented and growth-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates\.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100–130+ outbound calls daily to Urban Company service partners.
Engage with partners, understand their concerns and effectively communicate solutions.
Drive partner engagement, conversions and other business outcomes through calling.
Handle objections, follow up consistently and maximize results from every interaction.
Work towards daily and monthly performance targets.
Maintain accurate calling and performance-related data using Excel/Google Sheets.
Who We’re Looking For
12th Pass / Graduate / Fresher – all are welcome.
No specific degree or educational background required.
Solid Hindi communication, with basic English proficiency.
Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.




Comfortable working in a target-driven and high-pressure workplace.
Self-motivated, resilient and willing to learn and grow.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge*.
Own laptop is mandatory.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Growth Opportunity
Initial 3-month contractual engagement, with extension based on performance and business requirements.
High-performing candidates may get an chance for
further extension and potential Full-Time employment*.
