Job Overview

The Office Cleaner / Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work workplace across all office facilities. This role ensures high hygiene standards, safety compliance, and a welcoming space for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Routine Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in offices, hallways, breakrooms, and reception areas.
Sanitation: Disinfect high-touch surfaces daily (doorknobs, light switches, elevator buttons, handrails, desks).
Restroom Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock office restrooms multiple times daily (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
Waste Management: Empty trash cans, recycling bins, and shredding bins; replace liners and transport waste to disposal areas.
Kitchen & Breakroom Upkeep: Clean countertops, sinks, tables, and exterior of appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, coffee stations).




Inventory Control: Track cleaning supply stock (detergents, paper products, trash bags) and notify management when supplies are low.
Deep Cleaning: Perform monthly or quarterly deep cleaning tasks (window washing, carpet spot-cleaning, deep floor waxing).
Facility Support: Report facility damages, plumbing leaks, electrical issues, or safety hazards immediately to maintenance staff.

Requirements & Qualifications
