Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GST & Taxation Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to manage GST, direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliances, tax assessments, audits, and financial reporting for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, tax audits, reconciliations, and real estate taxation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C and other applicable returns.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
Review GST input tax credit, reconciliations, blocked credits, reversals and vendor compliance.
Handle GST notices, assessments, audits,



departmental queries and litigation in coordination with consultants.
Manage TDS/TCS compliance, return filing, reconciliation and certificates.
Support Income Tax assessments, tax audits and related statutory requirements.
Review tax implications of real estate transactions, including land purchases, construction contracts, sale of properties, joint development agreements and related-party transactions.
Ensure accurate accounting and tax treatment of project-related transactions.
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly tax MIS and compliance reports for management.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and government authorities.
Monitor changes in GST, Income Tax and other applicable laws and advise management on their impact.
Identify prospects for tax optimization and compliance risk mitigation.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of tax records for audits and assessments.
