Staff Management
Recruit, train, allocate, supervise and evaluate housekeeping and cleaning personnel.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
Monitor employee discipline, attendance and performance.
Operations Management
Supervise daily cleaning and housekeeping activities across the factory, offices, common areas, canteen and other facilities.
Prepare and implement cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of all workplace premises.
Quality & Hygiene Control
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ensure proper cleaning procedures and workplace hygiene practices are followed.
Address and resolve employee concerns related to cleanliness and facility services.
Inventory & Cost Management
Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials, consumables, equipment and other housekeeping supplies.
Monitor usage and raise purchase requirements as needed.
Control departmental expenses and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Maintenance Coordination
Identify and report facility-related maintenance issues, damages and repair requirements.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and external vendors for timely repairs and service.
Follow up to ensure maintenance activities are completed on time.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean, protected and hygienic working setting.
Conduct regular checks and take corrective action wherever required.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
