Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end construction projects from planning to handover.
Prepare project plans, budgets, schedules & resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors & vendors.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget & as per quality standards.
Monitor site progress, safety, quality & statutory compliance.
Review drawings, BOQs & technical specifications.
Identify project risks and resolve technical & operational issues.
Track project costs and submit regular MIS/progress reports.
Lead and mentor project teams for successful project execution.

Preferred Profile:
7+ years of Project Management experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
Experience in Residential, Commercial, Corporate or Retail Projects.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
