Job Title: Technical Project Intern
Location: Mumbai
Duration: 3–6 months (extendable / PPO based on performance)
Reporting to: Sr. VP – Technology

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Intern to work closely with the Sr. VP – Technology, supporting day-to-day technical operations, project coordination, and strategic initiatives across the group's digital and technology functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants exposure to technology leadership, cross-functional coordination, and real-world execution in a quick-paced digital/media workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sr. VP – Technology in tracking ongoing tech projects, timelines, and deliverables across teams
Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to gather status updates and consolidate reports
Support in preparing presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership reviews
Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices relevant to the group's digital products




Help document technical processes, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases
Assist in vendor coordination, tool evaluations, and technology procurement follow-ups
Support QA/testing efforts and basic troubleshooting when required
Take notes and follow up on action items from technical meetings and stand-ups
Assist with ad-hoc analysis, data compilation, and light coding/scripting tasks as needed

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Basic understanding of software development concepts (any programming language), web technologies, or product/project management
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and technical teams
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynam
