Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, promote products/services, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through phone, email, and online channels.
Generate and follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and advantages clearly.
Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.




Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
01 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
