We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, excellent candidate-sourcing abilities, positive follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Prepare and publish job descriptions and vacancy advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through:
Naukri and other job portals
LinkedIn and social media
Employee referrals
Recruitment agencies
Professional networks
Direct sourcing
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved company guidelines.
Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker / ATS with candidate status and recruitment progress.
Maintain a database of shortlisted, interviewed, selected, rejected, and joined candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities with HR and concerned departments.
