About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and proactive Management Trainee to join Dex.

This is a non-technical, client-facing role focused on client coordination, account management, user onboarding, implementation support and relationship management.

The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, regular communication, timely follow-ups and successful adoption of Dexs solutions.

Candidates from non-technical educational backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients for onboarding, implementation and day-to-day requirements.
Manage client/user accounts and maintain accurate account information.
Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for execution.
Assist clients with user onboarding, basic product orientation and demonstrations.
Track client requests, pending tasks and follow-ups until closure.
Maintain client records, user details,



feedback and activity reports.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams whenever client issues require support.
Support clients during go-live and post-implementation.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Travel to client locations when required for onboarding, meetings and implementation support.

Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust verbal and written English communication.
Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and handling follow-ups.
Good account management, coordination and relationship-building skills.
Presentable, qualified and customer-oriented.
Solid ownership of tasks and ability to follow up until completion.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with travel and working at client locations.
Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
