MIS Executive – Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain MIS records, and provide accurate information to management for effective decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, report generation, Excel-based MIS, and coordination with different departments.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
Collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments.
Maintain accurate records in MS Excel, databases, and other MIS systems.
Prepare performance reports, productivity reports, attendance reports, sales reports, and other management reports.
Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and automated reports.
Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
Coordinate with HR, Sales, Accounts, Production, Purchase, and other departments for timely data collection.
Maintain and update MIS databases and ensure proper documentation.




Generate reports and summaries for management review and decision-making.
Perform data analysis using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other relevant functions.
Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports as per the reporting schedule.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
Support management and other departments with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
SUMIF / COUNTIF
IF formulas
Data Validation
Conditional Formatting
Charts and Dashboards
Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Valuable typing speed and high data-entry accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of data.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines
