Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage material tracking, and ensure immaculate inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will seamlessly handle digital documentation in our ERP system while maintaining physical workplace efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Material Inward & Outward: Verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders (PO) and supplier packing lists.
System Documentation: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Receipt Notes (MRN), and Gate Passes in the ERP system.
Quality & Discrepancy Reporting: Inspect arrivals for physical damage and generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for variations in quantity or quality
Inventory Control: Track and maintain minimum, maximum, and safety buffer stock levels to actively prevent stockouts.
Stock Auditing: Lead regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and reconcile manual records against system databases.
Warehouse Upkeep:



Supervise correct material allocation using FIFO/FEFO methods and enforce strict 5S storage standards
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Sync with procurement, production, quality assurance, and accounts teams for seamless material flow and invoice clearances.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Diploma in Material Management, or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or logistics.
Software Competency: Proficiency in SAP (MM Module), Tally ERP, or Zoho Inventory along with robust Microsoft Excel capabilities.
Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory metrics, and billing documentation.
Traits: Sharp attention to factual detail, high organizational skills, and explicit communication capabilities
