Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibility:
Develop product and domain knowledge
Participate and contribute in all relevant phases of the software development lifecycle and adheres to the test process
Analyze requirements, apply suitable test design techniques and create manual test cases that are easy to read and maintain
Manual test execution, logging defects and retesting of defects. Explain the defects to the project team as required
Setting up and maintaining the test workplace
Maintenance of existing test cases based on changes in requirements
Take part in test case reviews
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving defects along with root cause analysis. Adheres to testing best practices and contribute to their continuous improvement to meet product quality goals
Estimate testing tasks and support in test plan preparation
Able to work independently on assigned tasks
Communicates the test progress against the plan to project team




Active participation in project meetings and discussions to ensure quality of deliverables
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Work in an international workplace with a multicultural team
Exhibit excellent team spirit and good in communication
Ability to understand and adapt to existing test frameworks and take up automation test

What You Need to Succeed

Your Profile:
Qualification: BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech / MCA
Must have worked with windows and/or web application testing
Ability to analyse and review requirements towards bring in clarity to the development team
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
You must have valuable knowledge in software development processes including agile methodo
