Ensure alignment of internal deliverables with client specifications and project objectives.
Execution of Day-to-Day Engineering Activities
Focus on timely execution of daily engineering tasks related to documentation, design inputs, follow-ups, and coordination.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Post-Order Handover and Execution Support
Coordinate with execution teams post order win, to ensure a transparent handover and understanding of scope, timelines, customer expectations.
Conduct Order Transfer Meetings (OTMs) to brief all relevant teams and ensure seamless project execution.
Thermal & Mechanical Design
Execute and verify thermal, mechanical, and configuration design of steam accessories.
Selection of various static and energetic equipment s such as Control valves, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.
Ensure the design aligns with performance expectations and site conditions.
Preparation of Technical Documents
Prepare Heat & Mass Balance Diagrams (HMBDs), P&IDs;, PFDs, and hook-up diagrams for complete system understanding.
Develop technical documentation that supports internal reviews and customer submissions.
Component Sizing & Selection
Conduct conceptual sizing and selection of critical components such as fans, control valves.
Develop purchase specifications and technical data sheets for all bought-out items.
Design Compliance & Standards
Apply working knowledge of design codes such as IBR, ASME, and EN in boiler design and validation processes.
Leverage expertise in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS and similar design tools for accurate and effective outputs.
