Role Overview:

Manglam Safpack Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and experienced Sales Manager with a robust background in corporate sales and packaging materials. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with corporate clients, understanding their procurement processes, quality standards, and vendor onboarding systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients, ensuring long-term business relationships.
Leverage existing knowledge of packaging materials (poly bags, PP boxes, corrugated, compostable solutions, etc.) to present the right solutions to customers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with purchase, quality, and supply chain teams.
Collaborate closely with the production and dispatch department to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to refine sales strategy.




Manage timely collection of payments and maintain proper follow-up.
Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and MIS updates.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client audits when required.

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
Minimum 3–7 years of B2B and corporate sales experience.
Must have prior experience working with packaging materials — knowledge of materials, specifications, and production processes is essential.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently handle corporate clients and complete onboarding formalities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
