Job Brief
The Embedded Coder (Keil) will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining embedded software using Embedded C/C++ for microcontroller-based systems. The role requires close coordination with hardware and PCB teams to ensure seamless integration, productive performance, and adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain Embedded C/C++ programs using Keil software for microcontroller-based systems.
Work on firmware development and optimization for embedded applications.
Collaborate with hardware teams for PCB design integration and validation.
Understand and interpret schematic diagrams and circuit designs.
Assist in PCB design and layout using Protel 99 or other recommended software (as required).
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation and system design details.
Perform PCB mounting and assembly, including soldering of through-hole and SMD components.
Carry out testing and debugging of embedded systems and PCBs using appropriate tools and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
Perform fault finding and troubleshooting at both software and hardware levels.
Repair and replace faulty components or document failure reasons and coordinate with the QA Department.
Work on analog and digital circuit interfacing with microcontrollers.
Optimize code for performance, memory utilization, and efficiency.
Analyze and resolve issues related to design, testing, and production.
Provide technical support to R&D;, production, and testing teams.
