Key Responsibilities
Acquire new HNI and Ultra-HNI clients for the company's investment advisory services.
Develop and maintain a strong network of HNI investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, CXOs and affluent professionals.
Generate leads through personal networking, references, qualified contacts, seminars, events, LinkedIn and other legitimate channels.
Identify prospects with significant investible assets and genuine requirement for professional investment advisory.
Conduct initial client meetings and understand the prospect's investment objectives and requirements.
Present the company's SEBI Registered Investment Adviser profile, advisory process, service proposition and applicable fee structure.
Convert qualified prospects into paying advisory clients.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conduct systematic follow-ups.
Develop referral relationships with suitable skilled networks such as CAs, tax specialists, lawyers, entrepreneurs and business consultants, subject to the firm's compliance framework.
Achieve monthly,
quarterly and annual client acquisition and advisory revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Investment Adviser/Research/Compliance team for client onboarding and subsequent servicing.
Build long-term relationships with acquired clients and generate legitimate referrals.
Participate in HNI events, investor meetings, seminars and networking activities.
Ensure that all client communication remains compliant with SEBI regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
38 years of experience in HNI/Wealth Management/Investment Advisory/Private Banking/Financial Services/Relationship Management/Sales.
Existing HNI client network will be strongly preferred.
Proven track record of acquiring high-value clients.
Experience in selling/advising on wealth or investment-related financial services.
