Required Skills & Competencies
6 to 8 years of relevant real estate sales experience.
Solid knowledge of residential, commercial, plotted developments, or land sales.
Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets.
Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
Good knowledge of CRM and MS Excel/reporting.
Solid networking and channel-partner development skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
Willingness to travel for site visits and business development
Preferred candidate profile
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
Ensure consistent revenue generation and sales closures.
