About the Role:

AdityaDigitalSolution is hiring an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Telecalling Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound customer calls, pitch residential/commercial property options (plots, apartments, duplexes), qualify prospective leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective buyers and investors from targeted databases to introduce real estate projects across Bhubaneswar and nearby regions.
Lead Qualification: Assess buyer requirements, budget, location preferences, and purchase timeline to identify serious prospects.
Site Visit Scheduling: Persuade interested buyers to visit property locations and coordinate dates/times with the field sales team.
Lead Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential buyers,



resolve initial inquiries, and keep prospects warm.
CRM & Reporting: Update daily call logs, client responses, lead status, and visit schedules in the CRM database.

Requirements & Skills:
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.
Languages: Fluency in English, Odia and Hindi is mandatory.
Skills: Strong communication, active listening, persuasive phone etiquette, and confidence in handling objections.
Experience: 0–5 years in telecalling, outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation (experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance is preferred).
Work Style: Target-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable working in office in Bhubaneswar.
