Role & responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components ,ensuring optimal performance and security.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Collaboratewithvendorstonegotiatecontracts,ensuringfavorabletermsand pricing for IT services and products.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary upgrades or changes.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and users.
Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure architectures, processes, and configurations.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Microsoft365,including administration and troubleshooting.




Proven experience in vendor negotiation and management.
Solid understanding of network infrastructure security protocols and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
