About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple and niche hiring requirements across technical and non-technical functions.

You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify the right talent, and drive the recruitment process from sourcing to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
Handle hiring for niche and specialized positions, including:
Cloud & Infrastructure
AI/ML & Emerging Technologies
IT & Engineering
Enterprise & IT Sales
Corporate Functions
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.




Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
Drive offer negotiations, follow-ups, and successful closures.
Ensure timely fulfillment of assigned positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Mandatory Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in IT or technology hiring.
B.Tech/B.E. or MBA/PGDM qualification is mandatory.
Stable career history is mandatory candidates with frequent job changes or multiple short tenures may not be considered.
Solid hands-on experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and end-to-end hiring.
