Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Valuable verbal and written communication- English Languages.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work with multiple open positions and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
