Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related queries.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, EPF, ESI, and other HR regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and welfare activities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower-related reports.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and HR-related issues.

Key Skills
Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
