Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support doctors and the healthcare team. The candidate should have solid clinical skills, good communication, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and shift handover reports.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hygiene standards.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment and care instructions.
Handle and monitor medical equipment appropriately.




Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary nursing support.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
Ensure proper stock of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.

Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Relevant hospital/clinical experience preferred.
Experience in ICU / OT / Emergency / Medical Ward will be an advantage.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
