We are looking for a Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator who can effectively communicate with customers, resolve queries over the phone, promote our products, generate leads, and maintain accurate records in the system.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
Promote and merchandise company products telephonically.
Generate leads through customer interactions and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer and lead information in the system.
Record daily call details, customer responses, and follow-ups accurately.
Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance or query resolution.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record maintenance.
Candidate Profile
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Comfortable handling customers over the phone.
Ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
Positive follow-up and organizational skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or data entry will be preferred.
