We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, and successfully closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and hiring priorities.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Drive offer negotiations and ensure successful closures.
