Role & responsibilities
Engagement Delivery
Work and lead on engagements with multidisciplinary teams, primarily focused on leading/supporting Oracle ERP implementations
Serve key resource to bring technology and Finance processes together during ERP system implementations
Oracle Fusion/Cloud as a Finance Functional Consultant, End-to-End Implementation,
Finance transformation (including within an ERP or Planning and Budgeting tool implementation)
Conduct organizational diagnostics across all finance processes
Conduct analyses in support of improvement initiatives (e.g. costing, cost-benefit, benchmarking)
Analyze financial and operational data;
Establish credibility with existing and new clients by demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge in finance, strategy and ERP
Vendor and software selection (including business requirements gathering)
Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of qualified experience in financial services
Experience managing complex projects within a skilled services setting and a global delivery model is ideal
Experience in development of ERP blue prints (including baseline of ERP capabilities, development of high level solution design and delivery of business cases and program roadmaps)
In addition, the candidate(s) must have experience in one or more of the following fields:
Working expertise in Finance Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis forecasting and budgeting, management reporting, Record-to-Report financial close, consolidation, financial and management reporting;
Understanding of the core Accounting areas
Experience in process improvement or re-engineering initiatives
