Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing & Collection Executive to manage customer billing, invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and accounts receivable activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of billing, GST, MS Excel, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify customer invoices, freight charges, GST, and supporting documents.
Share invoices with customers and maintain accurate billing records.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
Resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and documentation issues.




Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for billing and collection-related queries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing & collection reports.
Assist in reconciliation and month-end receivable activities.
Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and collection documents.

Requirements
B.Com / Finance / Accounting or related qualification.
1–3 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.
Logistics/Transportation industry experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of GST and invoice documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
Strong communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
