Job Summary

Responsible for providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, The Cash Management Associate will perform the day to day operations of the Cash Management Area. Also, perform diversified accounting duties to support Corporate Accounting and Cash and bank functions.

Essential Job Duties
Accurate and timely reconciliations of Branch entries and the payments received.
Assist in pulling requested information for internal LKQI, Cash and Bank Europe and Treasury.
Reconciliation of Bank statement as directed by Europe Team Leader or Manager or Treasury
Maintains a spreadsheet with all the back up of transactions that affect our cash position.
Pulling reports from application and sending them out to internal teams and customers as and when required.
Follow-up with customers, as assigned, for unknown payments
Consolidate & balance previous days payroll files to ensure accuracy of Cash Management files to GL. Works with the Treasury also to ensure their entries are also posted.
Interacting with other Europe Departments,



such as Treasury, EU Audit, Staff Accounting, as necessary to resolve customer-related queries.
Posting multiple files for multiple GLs for Reconciliations.
Responsible for monitoring the E-mail box and ensuring all emails are answered and resolved in a timely manner

Education & Experience
Minimum of a Graduate degree B.com
3+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable, GL & Bank Reconciliation position, Reliable math skills.
Good English communication skills both - spoken & written.
Bank reconciliation experience preferred.

Accurate and efficient reconciliation skills
Ability to adapt to a rapid paced continually changing business and work environment
Ability to communicate with Members at all levels of the organization
