Role & responsibilities
Lead architectural design and project delivery for large-scale and complex developments.
Manage projects through the complete lifecycle, from concept and schematic design to GFC drawings and construction.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising architects, structural, MEP, landscape and other specialist consultants.
Review, coordinate and approve architectural drawings, specifications, materials and construction details.
Ensure design intent, technical standards, quality and project requirements are maintained throughout execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities and other project stakeholders.
Conduct design reviews, constructability assessments and technical coordination meetings.
Monitor architectural deliverables, schedules and design progress against project milestones.
Prepare and review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documentation.
Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design quality and functionality.
Coordinate site inspections,



resolve architectural and technical issues, and provide timely design clarifications.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples and mock-ups.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, NBC, fire and accessibility requirements and relevant statutory regulations.
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level architects and design teams.
Identify design risks and coordinate their resolution in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Support project management teams in achieving quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
12+ years of qualified architectural experience, preferably in large-scale projects.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.
Robust experience in one or more of the following sectors: Metro Rail / Transportation Inf
