The role is primarily focused on preparation of design drawings, layouts, schematics, and BIM models for systems including:
Fire Alarm & Public Address (FAPA)
Access Control System (ACS)
CCTV Surveillance
VESDA
Water Leak Detection (WLD)
Rodent Repellent System (RRS)
BMS
The candidate will work closely with IBMS engineers, MEP teams, architects, and site teams to develop coordinated and constructible design deliverables aligned with project standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D and 3D coordinated drawings for IBMS and ELV systems.
Develop layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, device layouts, and coordinated ceiling/service drawings.
Create BIM/Revit models for:
FAPA systems
Access control systems
CCTV systems
VESDA systems
WLD systems
RRS systems
BMS
Coordinate IBMS layouts with other MEP services
Support clash-free coordination during design and construction stages.
Prepare Device layouts, Equipment room layouts, Typical installation details
Review of Shop drawings & Coordination drawings
